Hello!

I asked my account to be closed several times via email and by the form on their site. Which promises 24 hours respond. Well I never got any answer when I wanted my account to be closed nor when I had problem with bonus which was locking my money. Now finally got my account closed when I added I have a gambling addiction. Only to get an email few days later that I have free spins on my account??

So I got worth 0.50€ free spins (lmao), they just wanted to let me know they have opened my account. I tried to login and for my surprise I could. Funny I never asked my account to be opened and I don't think they should especially when I have stated gambling addiction. Now I have lost a money on their site again and I want them to refund it, and I'd want to hear their explanation why did I get no answer when I asked about bonus that locked over 200€, which should have never happened. Screenshots are there to prove everything.

Thanks for trying! I sent complaint to their license holder, don't really have any other options.
