On March 10, I won 4840 euros on bitbet24 casino. I have uploaded the documents required for verification and my account was verified on March 31st. After that, I put 1,500 euros on the withdrawal, but they still have not been withdrawn, there is no chat in the casino, and they did not answer my letters with impatience when I will receive my winnings at the casino.

Well I never got any answer when I wanted my account to be closed nor when I had problem with bonus which was locking my money. Now finally got my account closed when I added I have a gambling addiction. Only to get an email few days later that I have free spins on my account??
