Hello. I created an account at Betzest Casino, took the casino welcome bonus and managed to wager it with some decent winnings. Unfortunately I can't withdraw my winnings of 1058,58 EUR because the casino system says that I still have an active bonus - which I don't, I have wagered it. The customer support keeps telling me that the technical department is working on fixing this, but nothing happens. I just get the same reply every time I ask. Now it is Friday and I've been waiting since Wednesday this week to be able to make a withdrawal request. Please help me, AskGamblers, to get my legitimate winnings.

The system rejected your first request for transfer as you didn't fulfill the wagering requirements,
after that, when you fulfilled them, you were able to withdraw your winnings.
