Withdrawal methods not available for days
I have the same problem like other had before on this casino.
On 24th december i claimed a 200% christmas bonus (deposit with ecoPayz) from Betzest and managed to fully wagered it on 27th of december and have 2.500€ in my account.
Then I want to withdraw but it did not work. I wrote to live support and they told me that there are some technical issues with ecoPayz. I should wait some time and try it later.
I tried again on 28th december and it was still not working. Now they told me that there is a technical issue with all withdraw providers and they will send me a mail when the problem is solved. I dont got any mail from them. Then I tried again on 29 december and it was still not working. They told me that there is an system update running for all withdrawal methods.
The live support and the finance department (via mail only) say that to me. I really cant believe that this will take so long, because there must be so many customers that are waiting for their money now. And by the way, there is no mention of any update on the casino website. I can not see a end of the situation, the casino support and financial service have been friendly to me and said every time that I will be notified by mail when the methods are available but i dont recieve any mail with a sloved problem.
I really want to get my legitimate winnings that i wait for now 8 days, which are 2.500 EUR. Please help AskGamblers.
