Withdrawal cancelled several times
I claimed a 200% Christmas bonus from Betzest on 18 December and fully wagered it.
Then I made a withdrawal request for 1000 EUR, but it was soon cancelled by the casino saying that the withdrawal method (Apcopay Visa Withdraw) wasn't available at that moment.
Then I tried again on 19 December, and the same happened, this time saying there is a "technical issue". Then I tried again on today 20 December and the withdrawal was cancelled again.
I made a small deposit with Skrill in order to withdraw my money to Skrill, but that method doesn't work.
The customer support as well as the finance department say that there is an update going on with the withdrawal system and all withdrawal methods are unavailable. How can this be? There is no mention of any update on the casino website, so I assume there are A LOT of Betzest players at the moment who are not getting their money. And there is no end in sight for the situation, the casino representatives have only said (they have been friendly) that I will be notified by mail when the methods are available.
I would like to get my legitimate winnings, which are approx 2000 EUR in whole. But the disputed amount is 1000 EUR because that is the max amount for a single withdrawal. Please help AskGamblers.
