Betzest Casino - Waiting on a €260 payout since March

Good day. I requested a withdrawal on 03/27/19 (amount - $ 260). 1.5 months passed from that moment, I did not receive the money (screenshot of the account and transaction history in the attachment). I constantly write in support (screenshots of the latest correspondence in the attachment). They say that these are technical problems (template answers every time), when they decide they do not know. They just ignore me, and do not answer the questions posed. Betzest is deceiving its customers and not fulfilling obligations to them. Please help me with this problem and get my money back!

This complaint has been reopened as per Betzest Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
