Failing to pay USD 25 after repeated requests.it has now been more than 10 days & they just keep saying one same thing , ' we have no news from the finance department , as soon we get to hear from them we shall inform you accordingly ' .All account verification is also completed & their condition to deposit first to get your bonus paid is also achieved.Still they are not bothered whatsoever.

Moreover, the player canceled withdrawal and played off the funds, which means that main complaints subject is no longer valid.
