I have an account with Betzest.
After playing in November I made up a balance of 33 829 SEK.
On the 3rd of December I requested a withdrawal of 1000 EUR, which was paid out on Dec29th. The remaining 23 528 SEK was requested on December 21st, but has still not been paid out as of Today, 22nd of January. The support claims it will be available "in a couple of days" every time.
The verification process/KYC is finished without any issues and there are no bonus requrements necessary.
