I made a withdrawal of 1476 EUR firstly on December 2018 and still today 9 April 2019 i haven't got my money. I have chatted with them but they just say they have some technical issues and they will contact me by email when they have some new info. I have tried to make a withdrawal in many ways without any result. Can you help me?
