Hello,

Could you please help me, I have a withdrawal still pending customer service told me that the transaction had been made and is still pending, and then he told me that he has a problem with the payment, the payment has not even been made otherwise it would be rejected.

I would like to receive my payment of 500 euros because the deadline has already passed and is still not processed.
