Refund agreement not received yet


Hello team AG,

I have signed a refund agreement of €6.652,50 on the 27th of May 2024. At the day of writing, it's 25th of August and i still have not received anything and all emails that i have sended are ignored for 13 weeks now. It's complete radio silence and i dont know what to do anymore. Tried everything, writing trustpilot reviews, emailing them, calling them, WhatsApp, Telegram but they ignored every form of communication. I signed the contract, did a extra KYC after i already did that when opening my account. It's insane.

This delayed payment caused me a lot of personal issues which have let to a depression. And i'm not hopefull that they will pay.

Thanks for your reply, there are no updates and all my emails keep getting ignored just like the last 13 weeks. When i contact support they close the chat almost instantly.

Deposits not credited to Betspino account

Hello all,

On 22-08-2024 last Thursday I made a few deposits on Betspino with my creditcard 1x 50 euro and after that 1x100 euro and another 1x100 euro deposit, these deposits were made in the morning. A few hours later I wanted to do 1 more deposit of 100 euro.

I made the deposit everything went fine like before, the only problem now was that my account was not credited on Betspino with my 100 euro deposit. I took a look at my bank account, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. Ok that does happen, i thought it surely was a delay on Betspino side, so I waited a bit. After some time still no money. I got agitated and really wanted to play and thought it was just a delay of funds.

So I made another 100 euro deposit, no error screens, everything was successful like before. And yet again... funds were taken from my bank account but nothing on my Betspino account. I then contacted my VIP manager and told him what happened. He contacted the department in charge and they said they did not receive the funds from my side. I showed them a bank statement clearly showing the transactions, and i got told to wait because it could take some time ( this didnt happen to me with the first 2 deposits.. )

After waiting for hours, I wanted proof of my deposits being successful and made another deposit of 25 euro. Screenshotting all the pages I went through during my deposit, showing me the deposit was successful and everything was fine. Of course again nothing on my account and money out of my bank account, but now I could show them no error messages were shown and the deposit was successful, which you obviously don't get if your deposit fails.

Sent all the proof of my deposits to them. Again they told me to wait and nothing more.. The reserved amounts of my deposits were also claimed by the merchant my bank told me, so the money is definitely on their side now, no other option.

A day later, around 6 am in the morning, a transaction was made on my creditcard which I never authorised for an amount of 50 euro's by the same payment processor. They just took another 50 euros from me, without me even knowing or initiating a deposit or authorising this. I now blocked any payments to this payment processor being afraid they would take any more money from me without me knowing this.

I am now missing;

1x 100 euro deposit

1x 100 euro deposit

1x 25 euro deposit

1x 50 euro which they charged me for on my card without my consent( how is this even possible? )

I would like my money refunded and sent back to me please.
