Missing deposit and Betspino do not take any responsibility
Three weeks ago, I deposited 200 euro to Betspino. The deposit was immediately deducted from my card/bank account, but never appeared in my versionen gambling account. For three weeks Betssons has said the deposit is pending, No need to worry, I will get my money back.
When contacting them again today, they say they have not received this payment and that the problem is on my side and that ai have to contact my bank. I have already been in contact with my bank -and they can just confirm the payment has been succesfully made (see attached).
If Betspino uses a payment provider that they in their turn dont receive the deposit from, that is their problem. I made the deposit on their casino web page, and the payment went through on my side but was never received by Betpino. They need to pay my 200 euro back to me.
