Hello, I'm having problems with my withdrawal. I had to verify my account several times, and the account was finally verified after a few days. Now I'm waiting for my first payout of €5,000 and I'm being put off with new problems every day. I ask you to help me I didn't use any bonus. The whole thing has already taken 11 days!

The delay in verification and withdrawals is caused because the Company has the right from time to time to conduct a game play review/review the customer's betting activity to verify compliance with the Terms. This player's withdrawals became processed in accordance with Betsomnia Terms and Conditions after no irregularities were detected.

Following clause 6.16 of our T&Cs requests to withdraw funds are worked through by the financial department within 3 (three) business days after the request is made and/or 3 (three) business days after the last withdrawal request was paid out, provided all other conditions are met and checks are completed, as outlined in the Terms. Financial department agents process requests for withdrawing monetary funds from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday-Friday. The player consent that he is familiar and agree with the timetable of withdrawing funds. After the financial department has worked through the request to transfer funds, any further delays in processing payments are not the Company’s responsibility.
Delays in receiving winnings may be due to the player choosing to withdraw by bank transfer. Unfortunately, the banking system may work with a delay on weekends, on holidays or in other cases that have nothing related to the Company. The player can contact our Support Team and we will recommend alternative methods for withdrawals that are processed faster.

I would also like to note that in compliance with clause 6.15 of Betsomnia Terms and Conditions the Company reserves the right to make payments according to individual schedule, set the minimum and maximum amount per one transaction and the time for this transaction, which may differ depending on the withdrawal method, player's account level or other relevant factors.
