Not getting paid out not to LTC address nor to bank account

On September 2nd I requested two withdrawals.

1 for 700 euros to bank account - pending (not the biggest issue)

1 for 650 euros to my ltc wallet. I chatted with the operator and verified my wallet adress. The next day my status was complete, never received the funds and the transaction hash doesn’t mention my adress. It looks like the ltc went to a wrong wallet. I have sent 10 chats and always get the answer that they will get it to the finance department.
