I deposited with my VISA card money, won 3K euros. and now I have problems with the withdrawal.
The support agent told me that I must have such a withdrawal option that I used for the deposit, but there is no VISA card withdrawal option, there is only bank transfer and crypto.
I don't know anything about crypto, so I tried 7+ times to cash out via bank transfer but it keeps canceling every time. The support agents sometimes say that there is some problem with Fixipay then they tell me that Swift is not working, and it's just nonsense. Of course, swift is working very well.
They told me that their financial department would resolve this problem and after 2 days they sent me the letter and it was written that I must use bank transfer as an alternative. is it irony or what? they had issues with bank transfer and told me that an alternative for this is bank transfer. what the hell??? I deposited with a VISA card and want my winnings! I am still waiting for any response from them but nothing...
