I am a verified customer at this casino as can be seen by the screenshot I attached.
I won a lot of money at the end of February and requested a withdrawal.
The casino states that it takes up to 72 hours to complete the payment (other screenshot) but they have not paid me in 2 weeks.
I do not know what is going on.
