Withdrawal Non Payment

I played before in Betiton and everything works fine and I made few smaller withdrawal and those coming to Neteller in few days, not so fast but it works still. Then I made my last deposits to February and played without any bonuses. I made bets and played here one or two week and then trying made withdraw and that horrible case started.

I get source of wealth asking to 11.3.2021 and I sent for them all documents where they see my source of wealth, my address and all basic documents like I'm doing before that to many different casinos. Then I wait, and wait and wait, trying ask every week where we going but don't get any good answer. Only they said I need wait and they paid my withdraw out soon and verify my account. They are cancelled my withdraw now twice and i'm made it again then. I was last time in chat over one week ago and asking are my account now totally verified and how long time this withdraw takes. Finnish support "Jake" told me all documents are for them and care team don't need more documents and I still need wait that process. Now this whole process are takes one and half month and this are basic source of wealth process and normally withdraw. I really hope someone can help me and contact that brand and I hope no one don't play here if you wan't something happening for next months and you get moneys out.
