Hello!
I deposit here 20 and I win 303. I was do the Verification procedure, and I start a withdrawal request. Two hour later I got an email:
"Hi David

Thanks for getting in touch.

The account has been closed on business grounds as per our Terms and conditions. Please contact customer service via the link below for future communication. "

I ask them what is the problem, they say its a business decision and they give me back my deposited amount!
I dont know why they do it, I dont do anithing for it!

I dont know a Big Company Like they why choose this road, to close accounts and stole winnings!

Please help me! Thanks

It's a very Funny thing....
You say "you are unable to assist you through a public platform". I was sent you lot of emails but you dont reply. I dont want to choose this public platform, if you pay my money I dont start this complain.

Apologies I should have clarified. Selecting Login/Registration help should bypass the prompt you receive to log in. Alternatively sending through a message via social media will also work too.

So just for Clarification: If I want to talk you I have 2 ways:

1: I need to log in... I cant becouse you lock my account.... Or I need to register again?

So please write me why you dont send me an email???? Or why you dont reply to my emails????

I contact you via twitter and I got this message:

"I'm afraid the account has been closed by the account security on businnes grounds, apologies for this. The exact reason as to why this has been closed I wouldn't know I'm afraid. In addition, the €20 should've been returned to your account, have you received this by any chance?"

I know this , I want to know why YOU STOLE MY WINNINGS and dont say anithing!!!!!
