Withdrawal not accepted for 16 days

Hello,

I have been waiting for my withdrawal on Bet7 Casino for 16 days now. I contacted the support team many times, and every single day they keep telling me the same thing: that my withdrawal will be accepted soon and that I just need to wait.

I already waited more than 10 days and then sent 3 emails to the casino, but until today I still have not received any response.

This situation is very frustrating and unacceptable. I would like a clear answer and for my withdrawal to be processed immediately.

Delayed payment and blocked from live chat

Made account a week ago and won 1230 euro and I decide to cash out.

So I made withdrawal on 19.05.2023 (970 euro) and was waiting several days till 22.05.23 but no money seen and no information in email why money is not sent.

22.05.23 entered my account again and saw that my withdrawal has been canceled and money is bank in balance. (no email or information sent to me that payment is cancelled or that they need anything from me)

Live chat asked me to send selfie with id and next to pc with Bet7 opened.

Sent requested document and was informed that I can place new payment. So I made on 22.05.23 again new payment.

On 23.05.23 I asked when I could receive payment.

I was informed by Live chat that payment will be done shortly and crypto payment timeframe is up to 24h.

Now is over 24h and no payment is sent to my wallet and they are telling new made up stories why they will not send money.

On top of all that live chat Just banned me from live chat.

Ladies and Gentlemen

I opened an account on the website www.betseven7.com in my name in June 2021. Now the website is called www.betseven2.com. On June 10th, 2021 I deposited € 1,000 and in a few weeks, my account was unfortunately limited again. €2 max bet per bet.

I didn't want to continue playing with this restriction and requested a payout of €8,559.14 that I had earned over the past few weeks.

This payout was rejected and I was then informed that I can request a maximum of €1000 per payout. Is generally not common, but done. On August 3rd, 2021 I got € 1,000 on my Skrill account. Whereupon I immediately applied for another €1,000.

However, this payment was canceled again. I was informed in the chat that I can only pay out a maximum of €100 per transaction.

When asked why such radical restrictions are suddenly there, the answer was that the company does not have to state the reason. Either I accept it or I don't.

According to the employees, each payout takes a maximum of 72 hours. With almost every payout I had to go into the chat after 72 hours to ask that my payout be carried out.

On August 11th, 2021 I received the first €100 on my Skrill account. And so it went until January 23, 2022.

On November 9th, 2021 I received € 1000. Tried to say more. But this only worked once.

I was paid a total of €4,600.

However, there is still €3,959.14 in my betting account.

Now my account has been set to inactive. I can no longer log in. I was accused of things in the chat that I cannot understand. I photographed everything.

My lawyer sent a letter to betseven (see attachment). Like everything else on this page, the answer was meanness (.... You are not responsible and we should send a LETTER to Curacao....) the next bullshit at its finest. If there is only one email address from this company and it is not responsible, then who?!?!

Maybe you can help me. I got your recommendation from a friend who you have already been able to help with.
