Beonbet Casino - Beonbet ignored self exclusion request and refund claim
On April 10, 2025, I sent Casino a written request to self-exclude my account due to gambling addiction. Despite this, my account remained active, and I was able to deposit and lose a total of €3,980 in 61 transactions between April and May 2025.
I filed a formal complaint to Beonbet on May 21, 2025, but I have received no response whatsoever. The casino has also continued to send me marketing offers and bonuses after my exclusion request.
I am requesting that Beonbet refund all deposits made after my self-exclusion request and explain why my account was not closed immediately as required by responsible gaming policies.
