Beonbet Casino Withholding Payment Since 10th December


Hi there.

I hope you are well.

On the 10th December I attempted to withdraw €1811.50 from BeonBet.
The account is fully verified and I have made multiple withdrawals previously.

They later emailed saying I need to re-verify something.
I did - and live chat confirmed this had been accepted - I attach the transcript here.

Between my withdrawal attempt and my subsequent attempt - they have removed Neteller as a withdrawal option.
Live Chat confirmed I could use Ethereum instead - again in the transcript here. I have made both deposits and withdrawals using this method in the past.

Today they emailed saying:
"unavailable payment method - You have selected an unavailable payment method. Please create a new application for the method used to make the last deposits."

Which is of course impossible as they have removed Neteller, which I used to make the most recent deposits.

I have made a formal complaint about this matter.

I attach numerous screenshots as evidence.

Any assistance you could provide in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
