Payments delayed, being told the same excuses over and over


I cashed out for the 1st time ever on the 13th and after 3 business days, as stated in the terms and conditions for time it takes for approval, I contacted the casino and was told that all documents are in and approved and it has been escalated and I should have it soon. The 19th came and I cashed out again so I contacted again about the 13th and was told the same thing except was told again that they were escalating it. I told the person I was already told it was escalated and they apologized. Every time I call or chat I hear the same...it’s being escalated, I’m sorry for the delay! I called the other day and the guy told me it should be approved and I should have it by today or tomorrow. He said both of my withdraws will most likely be included. How could I have it if it hasn’t even been approved? It says it takes up to 7 days to get the payment. I want to continue to play on this site but will not until I see I can be paid.
