Payment delayed for well over a month!
Mid May I Cashed out $550 , I sent in All Verification . My withdrawal was Manager Approved. After that , I have had to Contact Casino each time. Was Told it was being escalated & my account was being sent to " Ally" . I've sent her many Emails and only got 1 email from her , in which she only wanted to know which "Casino" I needed help with ?? ( if my account was sent to her , she should Know this ). I replied and gave her the info and waited a few days , then I've sent 2 more emails to "Ally" and she has never replied to Any of them. I really like the casino , but I'm starting to kinda see it's going to be a issue getting paid and the Check actually going thru deposit. The day I won the $550 , I made a deposit with NO Bonus . Soo there should not be any kind of Play thru Requirements . I just want the money I won in a timely manner , which is way over due . I've tried "Chat" & "Calling" It has got me No where but excuses about delays week after week.
