Hello there Askgamblers i would like ur help in this matter. I am an old woman from sweden who finds it fun too play casino from time to time. Well i won an amount of about 150 euros from Betclic 2 weeks ago. I made an withdrawal and was asked for documents. I send my ID and proof of adress and they accepted it. But then next day when i try too login too my account it says its locked. I contact Betclic via email and get informed that i now have too send another picture with me holding my ID and my face showing which i did. Then next day they tell me they want another document a bank statement with my IBAN etc. So i went down too town and got this done and sended it next day hoping it will now all turn out fine. But still they tell me i will now have too send another adress proof which i did. After sended now about 10 different documents i have been waiting about another 3 days and everytime i have too contact live support too be informed about new details they never send me any emails regarding my documents. I also find the Live support too be very rude and "no caring" toowards me. It feels like they really dont want too send me any money but that i am entiled too. I never had any problems with any other NETENT casino before winning money and always got my identification approved after maximum 24 hours. I really hope this can be solved as quickly as possibile would make me happy !

Betclic refuses to refund my first deposit and winnings

Can you please help me?
This is the situation.I made a neteller deposit to play at Betclic casino of my country Portugal and i won 200 euros but now they locked my account once i used my son phone number because i dont have one and they are also refusing to pay my winnings or refund my neteller deposit of 100 euros.My username there is mcrcmonico.Thank you for your support.Regards.

BetClic Account Lock & Money Confiscated

Hello I wish to register a complaint against the above casino for actions made against my account with them for which I have had no explanation. On 13/10 I opened an account with BetClic I then played some hands of Texas hold'em Pro after claiming the welcome bonus and keeping to their agreed terms and conditions and to the wager requirements stipulated under the bonus terms. At the end of the gaming I had won 2885 I put through a withdrawal request for the monies and was asked to send in documents. This I did after a few days of having no contact I attempted to log into the account and was unable to so I emailed BetClic and the answer I received is pasted below. This is now the stock answer from the casino with no explanation as to why they have taken this action. Is there anything that can be done in this matter please? I have not actioned their request as am totally mad at their seemingly random action.
