Been requesting $2,500 payment since January with no results


At the end of last year I won $12,503. I e-mailed them documents and requested the first $2500 on 1/6/2018. On 1/26/2018 I had to request the same $2500 again for they had placed it back in the account. I talked to chat and they said to send the documents again, so I did . On 2/5/2018 I had to request again for the same thing happened. I received confirmation from Tom by e-mail on February 26th that they had received my documents and that they had been verified. I had to requested the same $2500 again on 3/7/2018. I feel this is going nowhere. The casino already has my documents but they keep denying the withdrawal stating that they don't have the documents every time I go on chat . I need help!

Yep, just one payment and it's already been sent off to our processor: 6/15 Paid $2500 for transaction #29981471. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account before the end of this week.
