Been 5 months and still nothing
Wish i could give 0 stars!!!I Have been waiting 5 months for my withdrawal!!! I contact them via live chat and am transferred to the withdrawal dept. They tell me its been escalated and is not being handled by the escalations manager Ally. And that I have to contact her and she is only available via email. So I email her and all I get back is an automated response telling.g me to be patient and how busy she is. I finally got a different automated answer saying they are waiting for an update from the processor. I am owed $940 and have been super patient but now I am really irritated.
