Withdrawal winnings not received

Hi. I withdrew some winnings on the 15th 17th and 25th September but have received any payments. I messaged the site and they keep saying that my account is under review. I sent off all the identification to them, and my account has been verified. They then asked for proof of the withdrawals, I sent them, and they are still saying my access is under review. It's been 11 days. It's so frustrating.

Just had an email of barz casino. They have told me I have to wait up to 28 days for them to resolve my complaint. No mention of my winnings! Such poor service.

Barz emailed me back on the 7th October. Telling me I have to wait another 10 business days for them to verify my account. This us ridiculous as the first email was stated 2 business days. Its a complete joke. Their good and well taking deposits off you, but when it comes to them giving you your winnings they lock your account and say their verify your account. It been 24 days since I tried to withdraw my winnings.

Barz still saying they need to give time on verifying my accout. They have also locked my account. On the email they sent me it stated up to 2 working days. Its been 5 working days. On the online chat they just keep telling me to wait for the account team to verify my account. Its so very frustrating. When I email them, I get an automated email back to say they will be in touch within 24 hours. I wait and they don't send me anything. I then have to go onto online chat to be told the same thing over and over again.
