Withdrawal winnings not received

Hi. I withdrew some winnings on the 15th 17th and 25th September but have received any payments. I messaged the site and they keep saying that my account is under review. I sent off all the identification to them, and my account has been verified. They then asked for proof of the withdrawals, I sent them, and they are still saying my access is under review. It's been 11 days. It's so frustrating.

Just had an email of barz casino. They have told me I have to wait up to 28 days for them to resolve my complaint. No mention of my winnings! Such poor service.

Barz emailed me back on the 7th October. Telling me I have to wait another 10 business days for them to verify my account. This us ridiculous as the first email was stated 2 business days. Its a complete joke. Their good and well taking deposits off you, but when it comes to them giving you your winnings they lock your account and say their verify your account. It been 24 days since I tried to withdraw my winnings.

Barz still saying they need to give time on verifying my accout. They have also locked my account. On the email they sent me it stated up to 2 working days. Its been 5 working days. On the online chat they just keep telling me to wait for the account team to verify my account. Its so very frustrating. When I email them, I get an automated email back to say they will be in touch within 24 hours. I wait and they don't send me anything. I then have to go onto online chat to be told the same thing over and over again.

Delayed withdrawal for 10 weeks

I created my account and made some winnings in the beginning of december. On 11/12/2023 my account was fully verified and a few days after that I successfully made a withdrawal of 45 000 NOK.

When I tried to login some time later (around 2 weeks I think) I got the message "Your account is locked. Please contact support if you need further assistance.". I contacted support and they said they would return to me through email, but I never received an email.

I have after that contacted them every week for 10 weeks with the same answer every time. Support does not tell me anything and there is radio silence in my email inbox.

Not sure what is happening since my account is verified and I have already made a withdrawal. But I still have 55 000 NOK (4 700 EUR) on my account. Need help!

Withdrawal under review for more than 1 month

I have a withdrawal request and I am waiting for 37 days which is still under review.

I have contacted support more than 15 times and have been told the same exact thing without any proper help or time of how long this will take or any further help.

All documents have been provided and they still have not reviewed it yet.

I have been begging them to mark it as important and that I am in need of that money to pay my rent and bills, They keep saying that they will email me as soon as possible (24-48hrs) but they never have.

I contact them again and again and they keep saying the same thing without any further help.

Withdrawal not been received

I'm very disappointed with the approach to the withdrawal I made on the 27th of Aug from Barz Casino.

My account is verified I waited the appropriate time for withdrawal.

I contacted customer service and for two weeks I've been told this payment is been processed. The same story every time. The withdrawal is only €100 so if a payment like this can't be made.

I'd be concerned for other players depositing there funds here currently. I'll gladly update here if it's finally made but for now I feel at least the concerns of mine needed to be highlighted here

My withdrowal with Barz has not been paid

On the 2nd July I withdrew £8000 perfectly legitimate win on slots. I was told that this would take between 2-5 days to hit my account. I have emails stating the withdrawal is accepted. By day 5 nothing is there. I then go back to them and they state actually it’s 5-10 days. At day 9 they asked for my bank statement which I sent and they never acknowledged anything about that. I sent them 3 times just to make sure. It’s now day 13 , the people on email don’t respond . Live chat just give you pre made statements around it takes 5-10 days. Also anyone knows a payment doesn’t take 10 days let alone 13.. My account is verified as they have paid smaller amounts. I can provide all the email and chat transcripts where they shift the goalposts. Let’s see if they respond.

Barz Casino - Delayed payout, giving the runaround for a month

I won some monies with this casino. They asked me to verify my account. Which I did. My account for verified and I successfully withdrew some winnings. On Nov 12 I tried to withdraw the rest of my winnings but got an email that they need to verify my account. Today is Dec 18 and they are STILL playing this delay game.

Oh we’re verifying your account. Oh it takes a couple days. Oh we didn’t get your documents can you send again. Oh we need time to verify. I Do no understand why my account needs to be verified againnnn when they already verified it, and paid me some monies, BUT not they just don't want to pay he remaining 5k and it’s been SOOO ANNOYING because nobody gives you a proper answer. Like why does an account that already got verified need this much delay to verify again. AND they think they’re smart, ever since I’ve been trying to withdraw the remaining amount they have sent me emails multiple times a day offering free this free that free spins free bonus money but I know they’re tricks. If you have bonus rounds or bonus money you can’t make a withdraw.

So why play these games Barz!!!! ???? The money I won was never won from any bonus rounds, free spins, nothing - all my cah deposits. SO IF I WIN PAY ME MY MONEY AND STOP PLAYING GAMES.
