Delayed withdrawal for 10 weeks

I created my account and made some winnings in the beginning of december. On 11/12/2023 my account was fully verified and a few days after that I successfully made a withdrawal of 45 000 NOK.

When I tried to login some time later (around 2 weeks I think) I got the message "Your account is locked. Please contact support if you need further assistance.". I contacted support and they said they would return to me through email, but I never received an email.

I have after that contacted them every week for 10 weeks with the same answer every time. Support does not tell me anything and there is radio silence in my email inbox.

Not sure what is happening since my account is verified and I have already made a withdrawal. But I still have 55 000 NOK (4 700 EUR) on my account. Need help!

Unfortunately I have no update other then that I still can't login and that Barz have not responded to any of my emails and and live support does not have any update for me either.
