Withdrawal not arrived yet

I played in this bookmaker company, won, lost and at one point they froze my account. I received an email that I needed to send photos with documents, I sent all the photos, then they told me that I would need to make a call to Telegram, they called me, I showed the documents, asked a couple of questions and said wait. A couple of days passed and I wrote them an email asking when they would unfreeze my account. In a reply letter they told me that according to their internal rules the verification takes 60 days!!! But I made more deposits there than there is money in the account at the moment. In fact, they simply froze my money and will wait 60 days or simply appropriate it for themselves. What is happening is outrageous. I can't look at the history of deposits now, but I think I deposited about 1800-1900 usd, and the account currently has 1300 usd. Blocking your players' personal money is outrageous
