Deposit amount of RS 4000 not added

I have deposited rs 4000 inr and it was successful from my end and I have provided them the payment screenshot but no response and no resolution has been done yet from their side. I have repeatedly asked them to add my money but still haven't add my deposit amount and also not confirmed the deposit amount they have received... please help me

Blocking my account for 1300 usd

I played in this bookmaker company, won, lost and at one point they froze my account. I received an email that I needed to send photos with documents, I sent all the photos, then they told me that I would need to make a call to Telegram, they called me, I showed the documents, asked a couple of questions and said wait. A couple of days passed and I wrote them an email asking when they would unfreeze my account. In a reply letter they told me that according to their internal rules the verification takes 60 days!!! But I made more deposits there than there is money in the account at the moment. In fact, they simply froze my money and will wait 60 days or simply appropriate it for themselves. What is happening is outrageous. I can't look at the history of deposits now, but I think I deposited about 1800-1900 usd, and the account currently has 1300 usd. Blocking your players' personal money is outrageous

Withdrawal not arrived yet

I applied for the withdrawal on 23 april and its 1 may I didn't get the withdrawal they just say that your request is forwarded to finance department I have asked them many times daily but still didn't get any of my withdrawal I have 4 withdrawal and all of them are in progress none of them has arrived yet I have all the chats with the operator I have provided bank statements date and time proof video proofs everything they requested but nothing has arrived yet I have everything each and everything but still nothing.
