Withholding winnings for too long

They have not paid me my winnings since May 2026. I have a long trail of emails saying it's pending, it's in review, it's escalated, and I'll get it soon. I'm fed up and frustrated. I've redeemed from them before. Their website says 10-day redemption. And it's way past that. I've emailed every VIP manager and all say the same thing. They've said they tried redeeming to my card, but they had an error, so I had to resubmit it. I don't know what else to do; please help.

Payment delayed for months

I put in a redemption request around August 15. It was for 400$ and they declined my request twice despite being verified on the site before hand.

Asked me to send me 4 different debit cards and my ID which I did. So I put in another request and since then I have got no real update on when it will be deposited into my account. Just the same runaround emails about how things are delayed but my request is going to be processed soon.

I emailed them a couple days ago and got the same thing. I need my money I put 20$ in and ended up winning so I deserve that 400$ otherwise I’m losing 20$ for nothing.

Week 4 still no redemption

We are in week 4 of waiting on a redemption. I’m a “VIP” player, have been verified, and have redeemed multiple times before.

Previous redemptions were no longer than a week. Their website claims payouts in 24-48 hours.

If I’m verified and have redeemed successfully in the past, what is the hold up? $1000 taking a month? Ridiculous. Customer service just keeps telling me to be “patient”. Totally unacceptable.

Need assistance with redemption please. Generic responses via screenshots attached below.

I cashed out $450 on August 1st 2026 I did a kyc verification for the second time and everything approved. On August 2nd I tried to start a redemption for $8,000 and it was prolonged so on the 3rd after me reaching out to them numerous times questioning them I finally get an email saying that they need eight of the cards that I have used to deposit from the very beginning now remind you they only needed my last card that I deposited with for my redemption on the 1st for the $450. Now they want every single card I've ever deposited with from the very very beginning and we all know that cards get misplaced, replaced and bank account change. Now that I'm cashing out a bigger number they're coming up with all these extra rules when I was already kyc verified twice do not play at this casino if you cash out anything over $500 and they will scam the hell out of you! Bankrolla started as a good sweepstakes casino for me because if I win buying sc coins, they paid in a 3 to 5 day window.

Since March 17th, 2026, all this has changed.

They still haven't paid my first redemption. You can only redeem a 1000 at a time, not the full amount. That alone is frustrating by itself. When I call its the same thing like there scripting. The representative will say hello, I'll check and come back to say everything looks good your in the queue to get paid.

No payment from the 17th has been redeemed.

So I have six more withdrawals after the first, if it ever pays, because of the redemption limit.

I advise staying away from Bankrolla if you want to win and redeem.
