At least $502 in payments with never ending delay
So this casino as been an absolute nightmare to deal with and a never ending headache with a never ending run around. I have one payment that was approved May 3rd, for 200$ and another for May 22nd for $302. I have contacted their customer service at least twice a week since after their stated 10-20 business days they stated on their website. First I was told it was being escalated, and to wait another 10 business days and again nothing. After that I contacted them, and was told this was being referred to a manager and still nothing was received and I was never contacted by anyone else. Again I contacted them and was told it was never escalated and now it was being escalated for what has felt like the 4th time. I again contacted them today and was told it was being referred to their financial department. Point being I am being given the run around with no recourse other than to file a complaint through this site.
I've attached some screen shots with some of the different responses and excuses I've been given. Keep in mind this is only a fraction of some of the times I have contacted the casino. The amount of work I've head to put in to get a small amount of money is insane. I simply want the pay out for what is owed because I have payouts approved from may 29th for $200 and June 14 for $499 and that at this rate I'm expecting to not see it until September.
