Approved for withdraw but still not paid


I was approved for withdraw from planet 7 casino on sept 19 2016 . i have sent to them all required identification documents. i have been respectful and kind in my emails to them but i get no response. even tried to call but only after waiting on phone for awhile i get told by a recording to leave my phone number and they will get back to me and this doesn't even work.
