Approval of Withdrawal is Overdue


The published rules on the Club Player Casino website state that "All withdrawal requests will be reviewed and approved, or denied, within 10 -15 business days of your request."

Presently, I have two withdrawal requests that I'm waiting for approval on that are beyond the casino's published policy. A withdrawal request from 3/17 for $1000 and another for $1000 from 3/23 have yet to be acted upon. Your assistance to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.

We would also like to use the occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint against the casino in question, in case something goes wrong with their outstanding payments which were not part of the current complaint.

The two withdrawals have now been approved. Original complaint has been resolved.

Your payment has already been sent off to our processor: 4/19 Paid $2000 for transactions #51552779 ($1000) & #51552814 ($1000). I would expect you'll find this in your account towards the middle of next week.
