Another delayed withdrawal
And yet another delayed withdrawal from RoyalAce. I'm not sure why I don't learn my lesson, but I don't. Started this request on APRIL 12th. Decided to be patient this time and give it 4 weeks before inquiring. Once I did in the first week of May, I was told I needed to update my paperwork! No email, no phone call to let me know this, I had to call in to ask to get the notice. So, ok, updated paperwork and I was promised it would be escalated. Called two weeks later, nothing has been done, so this time, guess what. They are going to ESCALATE it so it gets taken care of. Ok, patience, patience. Called in today, and still not sent to processor. This time I got a VIP escalation! I asked why this was any better than the other two that were supposed escalations. Apparently the only thing they will respond to is a public complaint. So here I am again.
