Another Delayed Payment

Greetings - I had a withdrawal request for $1000 approved at Planet 7 on 3/4/2017 and still have not received payment. I spoke to customer service via chat a few times since then and was continuously told that it had been "escalated" and to "wait another week". i get it that things get backed up, but 2 months on top of the extended time it takes to get a withdrawal approved in the first place is unacceptable. Is there someone around who can help me get this payment pushed through and off to the processors?
