Waiting a month for withdrawal
Total nightmare. My name is Andre and I’ve deposited at least 1000.00 on three different credit cards. All said and done after bonuses and lot of black jack table time I finally had enuff of the play. Luckily I accumulated 830.66 and asked for withdrawal on 9/11/17. Still pending. Costumer service says talk to finance. Finance says talk to security. I sent 3 separate copies of there credit card agreement and sighned them as per request. Sent photos off credit cards used and my personal nj driver license. I even excepted a phone call from security to Anser there questions. I crossed all the t’s and dotted all the i’s. Did everything they asked. Was told couple of time at least 15 times there is a delay on there part. But will get an email wen it is sent out. I jus feel scammed. They take the money one two three. Now I need it to repay my credit and I’m thrown from one department to the other constantly. I jus want my 830.66 I played a long time to accumulate and I’m done. I really don’t no wat else to do. Live chat is useless! Jus say same thing over and over that’s it has been submitted and they will check wit the department involved with payment and send me an email wen it is sent out. I must sound like a broken record in this complaint but that’s wat they sound like to me.
