I am filing a formal complaint against Amonbet regarding my withdrawal of 69,000 HUF. I have been waiting for several days, and the request is still "Pending."
I have played with my own deposited funds (no bonuses), and I have met the x1 wagering requirement. This was explicitly confirmed by their live support agent, Natasha, on December 30th. Despite this official confirmation and my account being fully verified, the finance team has not approved the payment.
When I contacted support again today, agent Jovan provided only template responses about "standard procedures" and mentioned a 7-business-day timeframe, which contradicts the earlier confirmation that everything is already in order.
