I have 2 withdrawals that were approved 2/17/2017. I still have not received these. I have had more than 10 chats. I have made withdrawals before and I had updated my verification form in January. Each of the times I chatted with a rep, they state that the withdrawals were approved, but not escalated. They have escalated this no less than 5 times!
Withdrawals were for $1300 and $2500 after promo $ was deducted.
Need some assistance in getting paid.

Tawni was the best as was Askgamblers!
However, it is unreal the amount of time it took to get paid. I will not be back to Royal Aces. 4 months to get paid is just unreasonable. I have found another online casino where I get approval within 72 hours and money wired to me within 5 business days.
