Almost 4 months and still no payment

I have been waiting for 4 months now for only $100.00 seriously withdrawl was approved on 12/07/16 after 2 months still no check on 02/07/17 they escalated payment still no check send numerous emails to finance dept with no response. VIP's just say the same thing it will be sent soon I feel this is unacceptable customer service and if they want to keep me as a customer they should at least mail me my payment I cannot imagine how long it would take if it was a big win.
