Account locked with no further explanation


I made a deposit on this site of 50 dollars and happened to will 678 on a minor jackpot. I did not receive any sort of casino bonus because it takes forever to rotate the money. I sent all appropriate documents, to receive the money and kept getting the run around. After weeks of nothing happening I started to play the money down from $700 to $500 . Randomly a few days later I went back on there to finally just waste the money betting but found I was locked out of my account. When I asked customer service why my account was permanently revoked all they told me was it was upper managements call. Then instantly ended the conversation with me. It would have atleast been nice to know a reason.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with valid evidence on behalf the management of Planet 7 Casino where it is clearly displayed that player had opened more than one account. Player by these actions violated General Terms & Conditions for Membership #5


Only one Real account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled. 

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for Planet 7 Casino.

Hi Gexner--

I've looked into this and the issue is this: You made a $50 deposit, which was uncollected...and only twenty minutes later, made a withdrawal--this immediately raises red flags for us. We dug a bit further and you've opened two other accounts with us (which is against our terms). With each account, you never made any real money deposits--you only used free chips.

Unfortunately due to your history, we will not be honoring any withdrawals and your account(s) will continue to be locked.

I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do on this issue.

First, I apologize for the difficulties you've been experiencing with this.

I've looked at your account and there's a flag on it, which I'm a bit confused about. Rather than give you any misinformation, I'd rather wait until our Payments Manager comes in, later today. As soon as she gets in, I'll speak with her and come back with a full response regarding your withdrawal.
