My account was disabled without any explanation.
I have verified my account and all documents was accepted.
I have made deposit (750euro) i took 100% cashback for 1st deposit but i didnt use it.
I have requested withdrawal more than week ago and now i cant login. (Please note this account has been disabled. For further details, please contact us at , through Live Help, or via e-mail at RichCasino.)
I didnt received any emails to my email or something. I have asked them why my account is disabled but i didnt have answer.
I have won about 3050 euro there + 750e deposit = about 3800euro.
No wagers or any other bonuses i didnt used and i played only slots.

What are the proofs? I do everything by the rules! And you did not explain to me, why I was blocked. Please send to askgamblers my documents what was changed that and we can compare with originals

Nothing in documents was not altered, i have provided my original documents and i can proof it. Can you please explain me? What was altered in my documents? I dont see any reason to change something there.
