Ive been playing at this casino called Slotjoint since 2/11-16. I made a deposit of 50 euros and got 200 % bonus. I played through the wagering and ended up with 820 euros. Yesterday i made a withdrawal, and i tried to login to my account just to make a check everything was ok. I got the message: Your account has been locked. Please contact the support. I sent an email to the support and got a mail back saying i have created multiple accounts and that both my deposit and winnings have been set to zero. I can assure that i have not created more then one account on this casino!!!! It just feels like they are trying to scam me as they are not respondning to which my other account is. This is unacceptable!!

Only one Player Account is permitted per person, house, building, mailing address, phone number, IP address, family, Device or Shared Environment. If more than one Player Account is created per person, house, building, mailing address, phone number, IP address, family, Device or Shared Environment then We will close all related Player Accounts and not pay out any winnings or refund any deposits. Family includes, but is not limited to, parents, partners, spouse, children, siblings and close relatives.
Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In the case of a disagreement with our decision we remind the player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for SlotJoint Casino.

Im still a bit disturbed about the situation. First you say i have created two accounts, now all of sudden there has been accounts created from my household. However, if the case is so that another account has been created from this household, why were i able to play for 5 days and when i make a withdrawal of the winnings i get an account closure? If i would have lost my deposit would this be the case? Probably not. When will my deposit be back to my bank account? Im tired of this situation and it left a really bad taste in my mouth regarding online casinos. If u get a bigger win the casinos will always try to find loopholes in the system to not pay your winnings.

We have reviewed your case and there is indisputable evidence detailing that multiple accounts were created from your household, device and IP address. Additionally, prior to your win with our 200% bonus one of the other accounts also claimed the 200% bonus, won and was paid by our casino.
We appreciate your time at our casino but unfortunately creating multiple accounts is in violation of paragraph 2.3 of our Terms and Conditions, which states that only one account is permitted per household, IP, etc. For this reason your balance was set to zero, your account was closed and your deposit was refunded.
Evidence supporting our conclusion has been sent to the AskGamblers Dispute Mediation Team.
