I recently deposited $100 and $25 USD into Rich Casino. I ran this amount up to $3,000 and requested a withdrawal. I was told that I had to submit verification documents, and after 2 days of waiting, I spoke with a live chat rep and they informed me I needed to submit documents again. I did this and my account was confirmed. I then requested the $3,000 withdrawal via Bitcoin on 9/20/2017.
I went to log in to my account today and it states that my account has been disabled with no reason given. I have emailed security@richcasino.com with no response.

Please note that we issued the customer's payout via Bitcoin, for the total amount of 0.45584200 BTC / 2182 USD.
The reason why we approved a higher amount than mentioned in the previous reply, is because we included 350 USD from the refunds that the customer did not receive. The only amount that is left for the customer to be received is 168 USD that has already been issued and should be received by the customer.
Our Security Department will get in touch with the customer via email in regards to the remaining $168 and will keep in touch until the funds will reach the customer's account.
