I have been a user of LeoVegas for a few months and had been spending a good amount with them and never getting any winnings back.
On the 23rd of Febuary I had a won of around $720.00 that I decieded I would finillay go and withdrawl. I use the Skrill payment as it states on LeoVegas that the withdraw time is instant. Aslso its safe and secure and used as a instant deposit method for Leo Vegas,
For a day the cash was sitting in my pending withdraws so I live chatted them to find out what was happening, they could not do much but refer me to the payments team and was told to wait as apprantly there was a problem I was not told what this problem was and didnt see how there was on as all my verification and my all my correct details where provided. I have always just deposited money in to Leo and that was never a issue so why when I want to withdraw cash it seems to be a massive problem and still jhave had no contact from them 9 hours later.
I feel like the Casino has not valued me as a customer and has no respect to even contact me and tell me the reson why I have not recieved my money and also I feel like I am being scamed or tricked

I have looked into this with our Payments team and have been advised that the withdrawals have now been processed. There was an unique issue on the system preventing the funds from arriving to the player Skrill account once they had left the LeoVegas account.
