A month later still no payments


This is the second time I have had to submit a complaint for silver oak for delayed payment. I gamble often with silver oak and well over $20,000 in the last couple of months. I like their games and like playing with them but my deposits come out instantly and it takes a long time to get paid. I am currently owed $9,800 and it has been a month now since withdrawals have been approved and no payment received. I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks, Josh

After reading through I see they withdrew the bonus money as "manager withdrawals" and I received the winnings from this complaint so this issue is resolved from this complaint. Thanks for the help Ask Gamblers, and I hope there are no more issues Tawni moving forward with withdrawals. I will be continuing to use Silver Oak as my casino as long as payments can be received in a timely manner. Josh
