A month after withdrawal approval it is still not processed


My $2200 withdrawal was approved on 12/7/2016. This is after almost two weeks beginning in November of sending in the same, complete documentation multiple times to Planet7 (listing Silver Oak as a sister site with my username). I had a poor experience getting through that and now I am waiting for the actual payout. I have not received any communication or tracking information. Please let me know when I will receive my check. I can the delay of the payout process but the lack of updates/information about your process is frustrating.

Yes. I received the transfer. Still an overall poor customer experience and will likely not return to the site to deposit again. I shouldnt have to complain to get basic processing done and it took far longer than it needed to even considering delays any US customer should expect.
