Withdrawal delayed over a week

Good Evening askgamblers,

I'm contacting you regarding a problem i'm having in my withdrawal request with 96 casino.

It's been over a week and it's still pending as "in progress"

Every single day i contacted their live chat and i got the same copy-pasted response every single time, that the payment is being processed and i should receive an email when it does, which never happens.

Withdrawal amount: 6000 BRL
Account balance: 19000 BRL

I would appreciate your help on this matter.

Small update:

I was able to withdrawal the initial one i requested (6000 BRL) but now the 96 casino doesn't let me proceed to the second request.

Giving out a "System Error" 20 minutes after every single withdrawal request.

The account has 18000 BRL left
