My 888 account has been suspended for around 8 months, I go on the live chat and send emails each month and get told the same thing, they apologise and say they don't have control and will escalate, then I get nothing back so go back on live chat and get told same again, I am going round in circles and there is no number for the relevant team, I have sent all the documents they require, I really have no idea where to go.
