Hi, I made a withdrawal of £11,000 on Wednesday 10th, via Trustly. They have only processed £1,498.99. I've spoken to numerous advisors via their online chat, who have just said its still being processed and that it would be paid in batches. Its been escalated to the transaction team but I've not had any response. I was told that it would be credited on certain days but nothing was received. Feel like I'm just being told to wait with no action being done.
I just don't know what to believe and would like some assistance please.
